Good service but too many clowns there faking the funk!

The most incompetent staff and doctors. They don’t know how to type your name in the system, the don’t know how to order a prescription correctly, they all work like snails. Do not go there, find another clinic for your own sake.

The services is horrible startting with the front dest no medical training and they do not work profetional never will go back to that place.

Trash facility and trash staff. They assume that because they're helping people who choose or have no choice to go to a clinic, that their patients do not value their own time. They never answer the phone, so it's hard to schedule an appointment, but you might as well just walk in because you're appointment time won't be honored. Don't ever agree to a "televisit" (phone appointment) because they will not call you at your scheduled appointment. If they call you at all, it will be at a random time because they must think you have all the time in the world.

The waiting time was horrible, the front office staff was unprofessional and inconsiderate.Now the doctor was professional. No persons should ever be subjected to waiting for 6 hours. Just horrible!

I'm one of many who attend this treatment center and many of us have chronicle diseases, they are not sending us carfare transportation and many of us live far ,now revently the ones in charge of sending our paper work for our check have gotten arrested how do people who can barely walk make it to this center I know they've been doing for far to long I and many don't know how we will make it there can you please inform me on how I can fix this problem.

Horrible!! Stay away from this hospital!!!
