The staff is professional, helpful and knowledgeable with insurance/paperwork etc. Dr. Krumholtz is a very personable and nice man. One great perk is they have a lab on premises to make lenses, and they'll use your new prescription and make lenses to fit your own frames! They also sell nice designer frames, but I had my older ones that were still in great shape, and they fit them perfectly with new lenses. Took about 2 weeks of wait time, and I saved a lot of $$! I highly recommend.

Not sure about my daughter eye number First he gave us 8.5 Then after we said she had 9.5 so he just change prescription and gave us 9.5 Without any discussion
