It is easy to feel lost, shuffled from one doctor to the next never quite knowing what they are talking about and or not giving you the space to ask. I've felt like that many times. Not so with Jack Birnbaum M.D., I found he loves his work, continues to pursue additional educational and informational opportunities in his field of medicine and uses what he learns from his patients to better understand their health concerns. Then as a team, Doctor Birnbaum and his kind office staff do all they can to help alleviate concerns and work to achieve the best possible agreed upon care plan. After 12+ years I am thankful to have him in my life. I could not be happier. I have been seeing Dr Birnbaum for about 10 years. He is always very patient in answering any questions or addressing my concerns. Additionally, his assistant Allie is extremely helpful in facilitating special requests and making me comfortable when visiting the office.

My husband is also a patient of Birnbaum. After going over his diabetes issues he asked if there were any other concerns. He was having some dizziness and was getting a pain and tightness in his left arm. Birnbaum got on the phone right then to Dr. Hainer's office. They fit him in and he went thru several tests and they fd several heart issues. He was scheduled for heart surgery right away. He had a triple bypass and they found he had the widow maker. He & Dr. Hainer svd my husbands life! TU

Very knowledgable very compasionate. He has really taken in interest in trying to help me and make life more managable.

Dr. Birnbaum is great..my 88 yr. old mother loves his caring approach, and he always has a smile for her.

He is very friendly, and i never felt rushed. He actually cares.

He is very pleasant, However he doesn't write his prescription correctly so that medicare will cover necessary medical equipment and prescriptions that he has written for pain have taken up to a week to get because the manufacturer of the medication no longer distributes that dosage and when having to contact his office to rectify the issue you can NEVER speak directly to him or even his nurse and it takes days for a return call if your lucky enough to even get one. Very Frustrating.

Won't take referals from a naturopath. Won't take self referals or even a referal from another endocrinologist! Must be too busy.
