I have only seen him once and I needed to make a follow up appointment per my primary care doctor's request and had quite a hard time just trying to get to speak with someone to do that for me. The professionalism of his staff leaves something to be desired. They are rude, they put you on hold several times and then they ask you again what you were calling for every time they come back to the telephone. When I said something to the girl about it, she was very nasty and proceeded to tell me how busy she was. Obviously, too busy to need my business. Dr Conley's staff needs to learn how to speak to people or find a job less stressful. I won't be returning there. There are a lot of Cardiologist's in Buffalo that have a staff that knows how to talk to the public.
