Dr. Jacoby understood the pain I was in. He took time to talk to me about my options and I feel confident that our plan of action will work.

He was very easy to talk to, answered all our questions and provided more information so I can make a decision on what I'm going to do next.

Dr. Jacoby has a great bedside manner, and communicates well with the patients and other family members. He always explains the risks along with the desired outcomes. This was my 2nd surgery with Dr. Jacoby, which should speak of my trust in his skills. Dr. Jacoby's staff members are wonderful to work with, too.
