I have been a patient of Dr. Rochester's for 6 years. If I call him and request a call back he always calls back by end of business day. Each time I am in the office he spends a good 20-30 minutes with me and never makes me feel rushed. He listens tentatively and answers all the questions I have. His bedside manner is wonderful. He genuinely cares and is the only doctor I have ever gone to that I completely 100% trust and feel has my best interest in mind at all times.
