Dr. Joan Rindler is everything a doctor should be: knowledgeable and professional, yet caring and compassionate. Examination and evaluation is thorough; she listens to your concerns; she patiently and respectfully answers questions. All procedures are communicated to you clearly; you know what is going to happen, when, and why. My family has been going to the office for two decades. Highly recommended.

I found Dr.Rindler to be very courteous, friendly and professional. By professional I mean she patiently listens to what I have to say -as opposed to some doctors who pretend to listen. She is extremely thorough and has always been spot on with her diagnosis, thus far with successful results. She does not hesitate to refer to other doctors when necessary. My husband [now deceased] and I have been with her since she opened her practice in Ann Arbor about 15 years ago.

My appointment was for 11am. I was a new patient and had all my paperwork already filled out (they sent it in the mail) and I got there at 1035. I got in the exam room at 11:10am. So about a 30 min. wait. She was thorough and explained everything. She found one mole that could possibly be removed to be analyzed, but left it up to me to decide if I wanted to do it. I will be going back for a yearly exam and I am really considering having her remove that mole.

she took a skin scraping from my husband's knee-then one week later she took another piece from the same spot and cauterized the spot because the biopsy was positive for cancer-she charged an office call visit both times-so it cost us $50 instead of only $25-it was just a follow up visit and we should not have been charged another office visit charge-i was seen by her at the same time and she took a piece off of my leg-put 3 stitches in it and it was nothing-no cancer-so if she is a professional how come she cut a piece of my leg and only scraped my husband's leg-his was cancer-mine wasn't!-would never go back-my husband and i both agree -did not like her charging for what should have been done right the first time
