John S. Tsakonas

Dr. Tsakonas is very knowledgeable professional kind and caring. He is the Dr. you want to see if there is something wrong with your heart.

I have been seeing Dr Tsakonas for the last 10 years. I find him to be extremely competent and very thorough.

Dr. Tsakonas has been seeing my 83 year old mother for several years. He is always patient kind and is very thorough.

If I had a choice I would not choose this doctor but I dont. My HMO plan has a contract with his medical group so I am pretty much stuck. His bed manners are pretty awful and has no sympathy for his patients...pretty much a cold person. Good thing I only see him once or twice a year.

i saw Dr. Tsakonas once. he was perfectly nice. we scheduled several tests for which i made another appointment. they processed my office visit charge through my insurance and i got the bill several weeks later. just 34 days after that i returned for my next appointment and several hundreds of dollars worth of tests. the office staff would not stop badgering me about making a payment on a bill i only just received a few days prior. i told them i could not since i have a health savings account and did not bring my checkbook. i will pay as soon as i return home i said. they could not seem to care less about anything else. finally after endless badgering i walked out and cancelled my tests. ill find another doctors office who cares about something more than being paid immediately.

I would never go to this doctor again He is extremely rude very abrupt and noncaring I dont expect doctors to be friends but I do expect at the very least professional courtesy which I did not receive.I cannot understand why he became a doctor in the first place because he obviously has an extreme distate working with new patients. I am going to a different cardiologist in the future as I do not want to have to experience such rude behaviour from anyone especially from a doctor that you would like to help you with your medical problems.
