Dr. Kitchens listens! His first concern is the patient. So many healthcare providers want a cookie cutter diagnosis followed by a cookie cutter response. This is great for efficiency and scaling up the business for processing the maximum number of patients. It doesn't work for the patient whose issue doesn't neatly fit the model. Dr. Kitchens was so generous to listen to my description of my issues then used his knowledge and experience to explain his view and recommend how we proceed. Simply the best service I've ever received!

Despite being busy, wait time was minimal. Staff was professional and accommodating. Tests were quick and painless. Visit with physician was informative. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed. Really couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I was nervous about getting a shot in the eye , Dr kitchens came in and described what was happening to my eye and what he was going to do he was very comfortable and relaxed professional and I relaxed and the shot was over before I knew it . Very good Dr.
