Went in for a BPH check - all normal. Discussed need to urinate more often - unlike my dog who can go whenever he wants on our hour-long walks, I have to wait until we get home. Dr. Williams let me know that the urge "to go" is increased in cold weather as the kidneys and heart work to keep the extremities warmer, meaning more urine production. And the solution - use hand-warmers for a longer walk without peeing!
