Dr. Satra is extremely thorough and patient. I find her very calming and professional. She came highly recommended by nurses and friends and now I know why. There was some wait time but, you can tell that is because she is truly taking time with her patients.

Dr. Satra has been our physician for decades. She is 'extremely' qualified, informative and patient. IT's best stated very simply, she's the best!

Our family have been patients of Dr. Satra for near 20 years. There's not enough space to mention all the wonderful and life savings things that can be attributed to her. Calm, patient, "exceptional" physician and much, much more. Truly the BEST!!!!

Dr. Satra was thorough and caring enough to really investigate my symptoms. She ordered patch testing and was patient to ultimately find the cause of my rash and discomfort. I had been to 3 other drs prior to her, I felt she was the first who took me seriously.

Dr. Satra is an outstanding and caring doctor. Her bedside manner is excellent and she was very patient and thorough in describing what she was doing, what she was finding and what was the course of treatment. I was there for a skin check which can be a little embarrassing with a doctor from the opposite sex. She conducted it very professionally and I she made sure I was at ease through the procedure. Overall, one of the best doctors I have had in my lifetime. Kudos to both her front office staff and the assistants in the examination rooms at the Oakland office. They were professional but very friendly. They actually brightened my day which is unusual for a doctors office. I usually go to the Ridgewood office and the staff operates at just as high a standard as the Oakland office.

Not sure where that one bad review is coming from, Dr. Satra is wonderful. Yes the wait time is sometimes long, but that tends to be the way things go at small practices. She and her staff are always pleasant and professional. I recommend her all the time.

Visted on Nov 14 to have a cluster of small warts removed from my hand. She suggested freezing them off & said the only post op is to put vaseline on. No follow-up appt was made. It blistered, popped, open wound with a surrounding area that was red and it hurt. Looked awful. Felt awful. I called and she wasn't in my regular office though they did offer an appt further away. I opted to go to my local ER where they gave me an antibiotic. I called the office again to follow-up and told the office I was upset. No call back. I wrote on their website a message saying I was disappointed the doctor didn't call me to follow-up. Nothing. Never heard back. Won't be going back.

Bill for Procedures not Completed! Went to get a gander at a mole. Waited over TWO HOURS!!!! That's right TWO HOURS in the waiting room. This is a Patient Mill not a doctor's office. I nearly left. When I finally got to see the doctor she spent literally 5 minutes with me. Then billed me for three procedures when she only did one that took 3 seconds (no exaggeration). Will never go back. Over a thousand dollars wasted.
