My mom recently has a small stroke. She has been struggling a lot with all the changes from going from living independent to an assisted living. It has been very difficult for her with the memory issues and feeling out of control of her life. This doctor….oh my gosh. He spent sooo much time with her, and put her at ease. She didn’t even believe she had a stroke before she went in there. I wish he could be her general practitioner she felt so much better after seeing him. I wish we could visit him weekly! For the record, my mom only sees KU docs and was very unhappy about seeing someone outside of their health system until she met with him. I am an inpatient pharmacist at KU (the best hospital) and have never left a review on a doctor. So this is an honest review! Office staff and nurse were wonderful as well I want to add. My only complaint is the paperwork. Good grief! Fill it out ahead of time.

Great doctor and truly cares about his patients. You can tell when a office is managed well by how the staff treats their patients. Everyone always has a smile and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Dr. Syed and his team.

Not only is Dr. Syed a wonderful physician but he is a great person as well. I highly recommend him and his clinic. I had an issue with billing and the manager was so kind and courteous and went above and beyond to help me. Great place!

Dr syed himself is a fine doctor. I didn’t have any issues with him, but he was not great. The facility on the other hand... the receptionists were always on personal phone calls, making you wait to even get checked in. And his nurse, Bill, would give me medication “suggestions.” I say suggestions because he would tell me how I should take my meds and what he would do then follow by saying “but I’m not the dr so don’t listen to me” I know that it’s not legal for him to try and tell me how to take my meds and this happened anytime we spoke, not just once. Would not recommend this place.

I tried to get an appointment with this doctor. First appointment was in December of 2021. Cancelled by doctor's office because doctor was not available and had some other commitment. Set up second appointment was on January 24th. Doctor's staff forgot to give me a reminder. I called the doctor's office.. No apologies and staff says its ok. Requested to speak to the manager. After 10 min of being on hold, somebody picked up the phone and right away hang up.Called the doctor's office again. Another operator picked up. She was just talking to me using only my last name. Told her that when you use the last name, you need to use Mr. and then last name. Absolutely mannerless person. I decided I will not go to this doctor again.

He was not interested in solving my issue at all. Just sent me away.
