I loved working with Beatriz and the entire staff at Dr. Herschel’s practice. I had considered Lasik for many years before going for it. After doing research, I decided that I wanted Dr. Herschel to do my surgery. He is a fantastic doctor, and I am happy with my decision to get Lasik with him. I am satisfied with my results, and I am glad that I no longer have to wear contacts/glasses.

Loved my experience with the amazing staff and care for my surgery. I was nervous, however they took care of all my needs.

I had my Lasik surgery 5 months ago and both eyes are 20/15!!! Love it. Dr. Herschel and his team were very professional and ran on time. They took Covid-19 seriously which I appreciate and why I recommended my mother to see them. If you are looking for an Ophthalmologist that is cautious and is meticulous about avoiding complications and takes the time to explain things, this is your guy. Thanks you.

I just got discharged from Dr Herschel yesterday. I am absolutely in love with how my surgery came out! I love the staff, office and Dr Herschel!! They are amazing! Everything is super clean, professional, transparent, and fast pace! He makes sure your eyes are ready before he even does the surgery! Super easy process! So happy!! I can’t believe I get to open my eyes and I don’t have to set time ahead for putting on my contacts or make sure I have eye glasses. I am in heaven!! Thank you Dr. Herschel!!

I just "graduated" from Dr Herschel!! He is the absolute best Eye surgery doctor you will find! The staff is super nice and friendly. They explain everything in detail and they make sure your eyes are ready for Lasik! I will continue to recommend him to anyone. He is the best!! This was my graduation gift!

I honestly don't know what I would do without Dr. Herschel. I had terrible vision from the time I've been a child. My eyesight was -8.5 and -7.5. Dr. Herschel got me to 20/20 vision with lasik. The process was easy, painless, and affordable. The staff is incredible, friendly, helpful and kind. The Dr himself is amazing. I recommend anyone who is considering lasik to go here!

I recently had my lasik surgery in February after not being able to barely see for 23 years. I can now see perfect and Dr. Herschel was amzing!!! He talked me through the whole procedure and was so reassuring. I didn't think I would be calm but believe it or not I was super calm thanks to him. I highly recommend him and now looking forward for my son to see him next.

Dr. Herschel is amazing!  I recently had a very serious eye problem and Dr. Herschel treated me in his office ON A SATURDAY!!!!  Dr. Herschel is so professional and friendly and took such great care of me.  The minute I walked in his office, I felt better.  Dr. Herschel's demeanor, kindness and bedside manner is unmatched.  I cannot thank him enough for the care I received!!!

I went to Dr. Herschel for cataract surgery which is coming soon. He took the time to explained all my concerns, he has excellent bed side manners, he listens to you and he cares. The staff at Magruder is fantastic. My thanks to Mia, she explained everything regarding everything concerning insurance, which plan to choose for the surgery and acted fast regarding everything single questions and solving it, compassionate, caring and great. Gloria, what can I say, she is great, take the time to call you back even after hrs as well and taking care that your papers are in order and all is perfect the way it should be for you. I started having eye issues almost a year ago. I'd been wearing contact lenses for 12+ hours a day for probably 15 years, and my eyes started itching like crazy at night. I'd wake up in the middle of the night to bloodshot eyes, and I did not know why. To make a long story shorter, I suffered from giant papillary conjunctivitis, contact lens intolerance, and eventually, dry eyes. I tried several different contact lens brands, but my eyes weren't having it. My local eye doctors seemed to have reached an endpoint on what they could do for me, so I started considering Lasik. Dr. Herschel had awesome reviews on multiple sites, so I set up a consultation. He was able to get my eyes into much better shape and helped me get my dry eye symptoms under control. He only cleared me for surgery once he felt that my eyes were healthy enough to do so. I recently underwent Lasik surgery, and so far I'm very happy with the results. I felt like I could see 20/20 the first day (going from about a -3.25 prescription). My post-op confirmed my eyesight was 20/20. I've had a great experience with Herschel Lasik. The environment, the staff (special thanks to Ken, McKayla, and Norma for their excellent TLC), and Dr. Herschel are all exceptional. Thank you so much :-)
