I have had two experiences with Dr. Ellner (biopsy and surgery), which were both excellent. He has a transparent, straightforward approach and is open to hearing from patients. His extensive experience is certainly a welcome asset.

My family has been seeing Dr. Ellner for years. He is most competent and caring. He has treated all of our skin needs with great success, from mole removal, skin cancer diagnosis, age spot removal to callus removal. His sample drugs have saved us lots of Rx money. My mother is 88 years old and he treats her with love and respect and ensures she is well taken care of as she has had melanoma in the past. Dr. Ellner just sent two samples for pathology. He personally called me on the second day to tell me my pathology was positive and fully explained my situation and options. He sent a referral to a Mohs surgeon who called me the very next day to get my surgery schedule.
