Dr Seng is very thorough and explains things well . I’m flying in state to have him perform this he’s the only one I trust and I’ve had my other shoulder replacement done by him a few years earlier . His after care is great , he is there to help and encourage. I love the outpatient surgery center and staff there . This will be my 4th total joint due to arthritis at BSC and I’m an active 51 year old who hikes , bikes and rides my horses .
