Wow Just the phone call was miserable. They wont schedule an appointment without a referral from your primary doctor had no way of knowing that would be a requirement. When I asked them to hold while I got my primary doctor on the phone to arrange the referral they hung up.Amazing...I can hold for 2min 45sec for them to answer the phone and they cant hold for 10 sec to save the back and forth calls to get the necessary referral. Disappointed generally that either Kidney Care or my primary physician or both cant make the referral scheduling system more user friendly. With other industries going out of their way to improve the customer experience whats up with these guys?
