Kindbody - Glenview

This journey has definitely not been easy, and it’s not over for my husband and I yet, but Regina (nurse) and Jocelyn (phlebotomist) have been so supportive through it all. I’m not quite sure where the next road is for our journey to parenthood, but I’m grateful that these two incredibly supportive women have been by my side this whole time. I also appreciate the ultrasound technician at Glenview (though I can’t remember her name-my apologies). Definitely a tough job she has, but she’s always been empathetic and compassionate through it all.

This is the best Kindbody location. We love the staff! They are so kind and friendly! Always very welcoming!

The staff here is AMAZING. They always answer all of my tedious questions with kindness and patience. They are supportive and a joy to be around. I’m so grateful to have them with me on this journey. Regina, Michelle, and Jocelyn in particular are HEROS.

The care team in Glenview is amazing! Everyone on the staff is soo caring and treats me as more than just a patient. They have been my personal cheerleaders throughout this entire process. They are always willing to answer questions or lend an ear when I have concerns.

Cannot be thankful enough to Dr. Cooper and the Chicago/Glenview team for helping me bring my daughter into this world. I turned to kindbody after 5 failed IVF cycles and numerous IUIs at another clinic. Dr. Cooper truly listened to what worked for me in the past and what didn't, and tailored the protocol that worked for my body. Regina, RN expertly guided me through the process and answers all of my questions. Now, while the clinical side of things was near perfect, billing could use some improvement. It took me months after I completed treatment to settle my account due to the inconsistencies and errors in billing, but in the long run, we got everything resolved.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received from Dr. Alvarez and the entire team (especially his Nurse Michelle) at Kindbody! After struggling with fertility issues for some time, I was unsure about the road ahead, but from the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of hope and trust in their expertise. Dr. Alvarez has been nothing short of amazing throughout the entire IVF process. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but his compassionate approach made all the difference. He took the time to explain every step, answer all of my questions, and ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed. I never once felt rushed or like I was just another patient. His empathy and understanding were reassuring during an emotional and often stressful time. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with, from the nurses to the administrative team, was kind and the communication was excellent. I have unexplained infertility and after 3 failed IUIs, I was successfully pregnant on my Second IVF Transfer. I am thrilled to share that, thanks to Dr. Alvarez and the clinic, I am now pregnant! The success of our IVF journey has brought so much joy and hope, and I truly believe it’s because of the expert care and personalized treatment I received here. I will forever be grateful for Kindbody and Dr. Alvarez and their role in making our dream of becoming parents a reality.

Billing department does not exist !! You will get incorrect invoices for services that were already paid or canceled . Customer service is the worst. Every communication is thru messages , they never call you even if the matter is urgent.It took them 2 months to answer a message I sent thru the portal !!! The medical team is great as well as the staff at the santamonica and New port clinic but other than that, customer service is bad. There is no direct line to billing. It took them 6 months to process a refund , and I am dealing with invoices that I received for services that were already paid for. Honestly, I do not recommend them. What is the point of having a great medical team if billing will make it impossible to continue, they wont give you financial clearance until your account looks good but how is that possible if the billing is short staffed and behind (that is what I have been told multiple times by Kindbody Customer service line ).

Everyone at Kindbody is helpful and friendly. Appointments are available starting at 6AM which is super convenient. The clinics are beautiful, and have snacks available. All of the support staff/front desk is friendly and knowledgeable. My nurses are always available to answer questions, send scripts. My nurse is Ivettzie. She is always there for what I need. When I began treatment, I happened to have a monitoring appointment that day. Ivettzie called me into her office to show me how to use my complicated prescriptions. lol I’m sitting there with a notebook and telling my partner he has to do the injecting 😂. There are also videos in the portal that show how to administer the medication. Dr. Louden is the best reproductive specialist I've had, and she’s my 4th one. I guess I saved the best for last. She develops fantastic treatment plans, and ensures that I know and understand the plan. Her nurses ensure I follow the plan. You can tell she wants you to succeed in becoming a family. I can’t explain it. To jump back to the very beginning: The insurance navigators are superb! You can choose to hand in your insurance cards or email them to an email address they will provide to you. I sent my docs in the morning, and knew I could begin treatment by the end of the day. Soon, they uploaded forms for me to complete and sign. I'm so glad I found Kindbody. I’m so optimistic about my future mommyhood ☺️

I can’t say enough good things about KindBody St. Louis. IVF is a tough road. But I had such confidence in KindBody to help us through it. The care and compassion is obvious from every person that works at the clinic. The doctors and staff are absolutely amazing people. When we “graduated” from KindBody back to our regular OBGYN, I thought ‘I’m actually going to miss this place’ which says a lot!
