As working as a CCM at Leading Home Care in Lake Charles I see great things in this business and it is never done by one person. They are done by a team of people. I am grateful to work here and I find the harder I work the more knowledge I have of it.

Before starting work with the company, I was told so many good things, "unbelievable," yet so true. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. On my first day, every single worker in the office literally came to me, introduced themselves and gave me pieces of advice and information that would later assist me with carrying out my job duties. Although I have only been with the company for a short while, I have not only my training supervisors, but I have a 'go-to' person that is always readily available to assist. Awesome! This group of individuals is really great to work with and I am grateful to have become a part of their family oriented team.

I interned here prior to my college graduation. Everyone was so nice and inviting. They were kind and patient. The knowledge and experience I gained here really strengthened my passion for healthcare and I am grateful that I had the opportunity to experience such a compassionate team. I've worked for Leading Health Care for a little over 10 years as a DSW and I can say that I absolutely love working for this company. All of the staff are super helpful and accommodating with my needs or my clients. And they have been so supportive through the pandemic and also the 2 recent back to back hurricanes we've been through. They're absolutely great with keeping the DSWs up to date with available shifts and information needed. I couldn't see myself working for any other company.
