Dr. Spero has been my Orthopedic Spine surgeon for eighteen years. I have had multiple Cervical and Lumbar Spine surgeries over that period of time. He has always been very up front as far as expectations. Such as the pro's and cons of each surgery. He has always encouraged me use surgery as my last option. Most of all. He has never left me worse off after a surgery, than I was preoperative. All in all, I have had roughly ten spinal surgeries following a traumatic Cervical Spine injury.I wouldn't go to any other Orthopedic surgeon for my care and operative needs when they arise.His office is at Litchfield Hills Orthopedics in Torrington, CT.

As always, Dr. Spero has helped me with epidural steroid injections for my bulging disc issue. Fantastic doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr.Spero did a 2 level back fusion on my elderly mother,,he was kind, caring, explained every step of the surgery . This was a very hard surgery for her and she did very well, no setbacks, no infections. Extremely happy with him.
