LeBauer HealthCare at Grandover Village

From start to finish I felt like i was being heard and what I had to say was important and not just pushed thru like many other offices in the past. I really felt comfortable with Cody Matthews DO and that when he brought up a small detail in my past medical history I knew he had really read my history and that put me at ease. I would recommend them highly.

Beware Nurse in lab big frizzy blonde made my child scream and scream. She laughed until another person came in and then she cried. Just like that she started crying like she was the one who had been hurt and not my son. I asked to talk to a manager but they wanted me to wait for 20 minutes. My poor child was still crying and I was not going to wait that long. I will be going back to the other LeBauer from now on.

Very disappointed. We were running late and called. My appt was at 830 I called at 836 and she was there at 838. My daughter was still rescheduled. I will never go back to this office again. During this times we live in it is unimaginable for people not to take any circumstances into consideration.
