Very satisfied, she takes the time to go over all of my concerns and actually listens, which is hard to find. I also appreciate that she reviews all of my lab work and test results with me. She is also my mothers Doctor,.... My mother is blind and hard of hearing and Dr. Lene goes the extra mile with her. Very caring , She always answers my email in the health portal in a timely manner.

I have seen her several times, she is very easy to get along with, down to earth and willing to discuss any problems you're having, in detail. She wont rush you and is far from arrogant! She's a very caring person.

She is one of the last of the good old country doctors. She takes time to listen to your needs as well as your issues that yo are having, I would recommend Lene to anyone looking for a doctor

Dr. Heinlen is the most caring and capable physician I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I am soon to be a senior citizen and have encountered many physicians in my life time. She takes time to listen and and uses the least invasive remedies first. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Heinlen was a fantastic doctor I had before moving back to New Hampshire. I looked forward to my appointments, because she made me feel as if I were in her own living room, discussing what my problems were. She asked me details and listened! One doesn't see this quality of doctor much at all. The staff seemed to be a bit confused as to what medications I needed, because the prescription line didn't have good communication skills. Doctor Heinlen would get it straightened out fast. Wonderful with her patients. I've heard nothing but positive reviews from her other patients. Job well done!

While waiting over an hour to see her I have heard heard her staff Make fun of Medicaid patients, obese patients, gays and transgender‘s. She hires people with no medical education, allows them to inject medications, perform invasive testing, even allows them to diagnose her patients. She has misdiagnosed every members of my family, and numerous friends or simply ignored the symptoms we were telling her wrong with us.
