Due to recent departure of one of her associates, Dr. Lyons has been unable to be responsive. Appointments were more than one month out. And did not even get a reminder call beforehand. Staff did not appear to be attentative, and did not show much care to assure urinary sample was collected properly or without cross contamination. Have waited for test results for more than two weeks. Upon inquiry, told it would be another week before doctor returned from vacation and finished report.
