I am so very happy I came here. Everyone including the staff were so kind and patient. I would recommend this office to everyone.

My husband couldn't eat or sleep from kidney stones. She was able to give him a fast appointment and scheduled surgery for the next day. It was a total relief for him.

Answered all my questions and concerns, and took the time to explain my imaging results. She is very courteous and polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable, and explained my conditions and prognosis in an easy to understand, helpful manner.

This doctor is a professional in every way. A sweet lady. Always searching for way to help her patients. Very kind and understanding. She is gifted with the ability to make one feel comfortable she listens and takes time out for her patients.

She is pretty pleasant calming compassionate and extremely professional.She spends plenty of time with the patient.She has the ability to put one at ease during examination and discussion. She makes one feel comfortable to discuss anything down to the most intimate medical concerns.There was no problems after surgery.She personnally returns calls and once again will talk as long as you need help.She shows genuine concern and truly cares about the patient.She makes one feel that he or she is the only patient she is caring for.

No follow up or allowed to talk with Dr.Im on UTI 10 NOW HAD TONS OF ANTIOBIOTICS IVPICC LINE 2xdaily.. for atleast 1.5 months. Did not help Des. Are NOT doing urine cultures but just prescribing basic antiobiotic pills that DONT WORK. DR.office puts you on hold all the time 45+ min... Information not properly documented. No matter what you cant get in to see Dr. Or her medical staff. Cant get a follow up appt.for months no matter what. Some staff rudeNOT ALL..IVE BEEN TO HOSPITAL ON MY OWN ATLEAST 4 TIMES..NO FOLLOW UP BY CRUIT. If you have a basic uti she may be good and issue antiobiotics..SHE CANT HANDLE VERY COMPLEX BLADDER PROBLEMS AT ALL. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR HER I DONT CARE ATTITUDE OF HER PATIENTS.
