The original intentions and values of Marrakech are wonderful. Unfortunately over the years; many employees have lost sight of the core values and are only there for a paycheck.

Would not recommend getting an apartment through them unless you make lots of money or you come from a wealthy family that can contribute to there donations cuz that’s what they…the ceo, the person in charge of the apartments, care about…also they favor those types of clients for that reason. If your looking for housing…please look for a different program to help you…trust me…you will find a place to live, just not with this program or you will become homeless, happened to me recently. if you’re housed with one of these wealthy clients, and things go wrong between you and them, the higher ups…ceo and the housing person will side with that client…(without hearing your side) since they have money and so do their family…so a donation will be made by the family to keep that family member there. These clients…and their families have a tendency to manipulate and get the poor person kicked out. There are employees who actually care that will help you find a job. If your a young adult, there are employees in the young adult team that care and they have their own housing people…they will go above and beyond to help you. Eitherwise go elsewhere that is about helping you get off the streets and not put you back because of your income
