I'd highly recommend Dr. Goodman and his office to anybody needing dermatology work. They are polite, courteous, and professional. Dr. Goodman and his office will immediately make you feel welcome upon your first visit. I look forward to using him in the future!

My first time using a dermatologist. Got an appointment within one week. Almost no wait at the doctors office, great staff also. Dr Goodman is a very caring and efficient doctor with great bedside manners. Took the time to explain everything. Told me no need to come back every year for checkup, unusual for a doctor. I strongly recommend Dr. Goodman.

Dr.Goodman is in practice with Dr. Barlow. I have been a patient of Dr. Barlow for years and have seen Dr. Goodman when Dr. Barlow is on vacation or unavailable. They both are fantastic dermatologists. The office is efficient and extremely well run. Waiting time has been minimal although it is a very busy practice.

First, the office told me that the earliest appointment available is around May 2016.  Therefore, I have to get an extension on my referral from my PCP.  I did what they told me to do.  I called back 3-4 times, however they never pickup the phone.  I have to listen to their elevator message for a good 15-30 minutes.  They prompt me to leave a message with my phone # after long waited on the phone.  I did get a call back, however, the call was very short because the receptionist hang up the phone immediately.  I could NOT talk to her at all.  Wow, what kind of customer service are they providing at this Medical Office?????  I immediately call my insurance to request to see a new dermatologist.  My insurance approved immediately after I have told them the horror story about unprofessional customer service at this medical office.  I told my insurance that I would like to see Dr. Matthew Goodman and tell him that his office staffs really need an overhaul by get rid of all the current employees.

YES horrible!  Ask WHO you are speaking to because you will be disconnected.  I couldn't get an appointment, but if the office is this dysfunctional, the doctor probably is too. All I needed was an appointment, and after fifteen minutes of phone circus, someone FINALLY asks all the pertinent information, but alas, I couldn't stop her from putting me on hold again, so back to the music.  I wait, and wait, and wait, and click--DIAL TONE!   So, I call again, and sure enough they start asking the SAME questions I spent fifteen minutes answering before.  I said "I just answered all these questions for somebody."...."WELL, I'm one of FOUR here taking information, so I don't know WHERE your information went."Forget it.  I urge everybody to go elsewhere when this happens until these places learn how to treat their patients.
