Let's just say it's nice an office visit can turn into a great experience ! Dr. Garcia is amazing, he genuinely cares and does whatever it takes to solve your issues. My nurse that did my blood draw - Spectacular!!! No one has ever been able to get blood from my arms ( my veins are complicated ‍) and Rhe the receptionist, so very nice ! I definitely want to make this office my primary one ! Great experience and staff here - good job !

All of the staff at MemorialCare are incredible. We had a food poisoning emergency that was pretty severe and were not able to make an appointment in advance. The staff found an opening in the schedule and started him on a fluid IV drip and other medication to ease the pain. We are so grateful for the understanding and professional staff here. I highly recommend coming here for your next appointment.

Everyone at memorial care is so awesome. I have seen Dr. Doshi as well as Dr. Nguyen and both were amazing. I also talked to the advice nurse and she was so compassionate and worked hard to get me in to see a dr right away. I'm so happy I chose memorial care and Dr. Doshi as my PCP. Highly recommend!

Always very professional and friendly

I have a long and complicated medical history for someone my age, so naturally I dread seeing new doctors because typically they don't want to take the time to listen and consider the big picture. In my situation, I need someone to really listen. Dr. Doshi did that. I felt comfortable talking with him and he never interrupted me or shut me down. He didn't do that dumb "oh you're too young to have these problems so they must not be real" thing I've gotten SO MANY TIMES. I really appreciated being heard, it's a rare thing to find in doctors. I also had some blood drawn, something that makes me wanna puke and cry because I hate needles. I wish I remembered the woman's name who took my blood but she did a fantastic job and was so friendly and quick. I had absolutely no bruising and barely any bleeding after the appointment. In the past I've bled a lot and bruised badly. She gave me advice to avoid those things happening and I really appreciated that! The receptionists were also very friendly, quick and efficient. Scheduling over the phone felt very personalized and easy. I've never had such a positive experience with a doctors office, truly.

I come here 4-6 times a year to see my specialist, Dr. Gupta. The facility is clean and well organized. Check-in is always polite, and usually only 3-6 minutes from check-in to being taken back for vitals,etc. since I have an appointment. The onsite lab was much quicker and easier than other options for bloodwork. Clean place, friendly staff, and Dr. Gupta is terrific.

To describe my experience, I would say that the service provided here is very pleasant, almost familial. Nothing felt rushed during my appointment, but everything was completed efficiently from my rooming to the blood draw to my check out. I work in the healthcare industry and have managed a couple of clinics and health groups and because of that, I like to take note of how different offices operate in regards to customer service. I would like to recognize the lady who operates the front office (who's name I unfortunately was not able to get), Aurora (Medical Assistant) and Emilyn (Medical assistant) (I apologize if I misspelled the name). All were very friendly from the minute I entered the door to the moment I left. For the medical assistants, all were very clear on every step through my procedure and when administering vaccines/shots they kept conversation with me, making the experience as painless as an injection can be. Their efficiency is commendable for being such skilled workers. Their phlebotomist was exceptional! I have relatively deep veins and because of that, I'm used to two or more tries with my veins and have gotten use to the procedure all around. The phlebotomist who drew me (who's name I wish I got) was very friendly and efficient, hitting my vein on the first try while also making sure I was feeling okay. I ended up laughing through the process with her due to her friendly personality and joked about our experiences with other venipunctures/blood draws. Finally, I would like to recognize Dr. Chun. He is a very calm, friendly doctor who makes you feel comfortable while conversing with him. He treated every symptom I had with care, professionalism and he kept asking "is there anything else that I can help you with" almost as if this would be the last time I would see him. Definitely won't be the last time I will be seeing him! Definitely would recommend the people that I have mentioned and I hope that the other reviews do not deter you. If there is a problem in regards to billing, speak with the office and your insurance in a calm and diplomatic manner so that way you can all work through a compromise. I know it can be upsetting when billing comes around, but generally the office wants to help provide you the best quality of care at a reasonable price on your end. Give them a try at least because I wouldn't have found this friendly environment if I didn't give them a shot.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Dr. Adam Wass is the best Personal Physician that i have ever had. He is insightful, intelligent and genuinely a great guy. I truly appreciate the care at MemorialCare Medical Center on Baker in Costa Mesa. Thank you!
