I went in for extreme lower back pain. Probably the worst back pain I've experienced. When I walked in, the front desk was extremely helpful in calming my anxiety being as doctor's offices are not my favorite place. It was very low staffed but what made this experience great was the manager jumped in and was triaging the patience with one front desk person, one nurse and one doctor. They ran an entire doctor's office efficiently and on time with four people, with constant people walking in after me. I was very impressed. It only took 2 hours to get everything I needed to get done and I did not feel rushed which made me feel even better. I would totally give this MD NOW 5 star rating based on my experience from my first visit there. It's also a brand new office and is beautiful ❤️

Friendly staff, very nice doctor who explains things!

It's a very clean and new place, and the doctor's care was excellent. However, the staff needs to improve their manners and customer service skills. They appeared unfriendly, had bad attitudes, and lacked empathy towards the patients. Health and care go hand in hand, and some of them seem to be in the wrong profession as they come to work with a bad mood. Overall, it's a place that deserves 5 stars, but unfortunately, the receptionist's behavior takes away from that.
