The receptionists as you enter are very pleasant and the nurse was extremely professional and very accommodating for my needs for special seating after ekg. Dr.Piavanas was very professional and explained all questions. I am very pleased with my visit.

The staff was very professional and I was seen on time. Dr. Nick explained everything so I could understand what was going on with my heart. He informed me of what my next option was going to be. Excellent appointment.

Of all the doctor appointments I’ve had in my entire life, I have never been to one as well coordinated, professionally relaxed and complete as my appointment today. Easily within about 45 minutes I had an echocardiogram, ekg, medicine review, consultation and the consultation of the results of my tests. I was 10-15 minutes early for my appointment. I sat down and was called back within 3 minutes. Had echo by a very lovely young lady who was knowledgeable and explained everything I saw and answered all of my questions. I loved that I was able to watch my heart work. Then the next nurse who was just as lovely and accommodating did my ekg. She was concerned about my comfort. We then went through my meds. For the first time she went through my list and was able to give me the generic names as well as the prescribed names of the meds to help me recall them. Then within minutes Shannon, Dr. Jacobs PA, came into the room. She had all the results of my tests. She took all the time I needed to answer my questions and we even had a chat. I should have mentioned check in and check out. Both ladies were so friendly. It’s obvious that the office is relaxed, timely, comfortable and everyone seemed very content. I really don’t want to so highly recommend this office and staff. I’m worried that they will be become overwhelmed and I won’t be able to get my appointments. It’s just amazing to me that you can have such a friendly, knowledgeable staff that respects your time and doesn’t make you wait for results. And right then you are able to have a relaxed consultation. Thank you to everyone especially Dr. Jacobs who keeps an excellent staff who seem very happy to be working there.
