I went in for a simple procedure that was supposed to take 20 minutes under MAC (local). I was 1st case at 8am, arrived at 6:45 as told, took me in the back at 8am and waited till 11:35 to be prepped. Was out of procedure at 12:30pm. Waited for pacemaker to be reset for 2 hrs. Never ONCE did staff come let me or my wife & son know about delays or ANYTHING!!!. Worst customer service in the world. Never saw the dr either!! Just saw his resident both for pre-op visit and after procedure. My family & I are VERY dissappointed. Would not recommend Touro outpatient at all. Please take classes in customer service.
