No, I would not refer this provider to anyone. Although Dr Graham was polite and professional while examing me, he was very impersonal. I have been coming here for several years and it seems they always find a way to charge you cash for something. Last year, I was charged $50 for a prescription. Had I not asked for a prescription, I would not have had this fee. This year, I was charged $50 and when I questioned why I was being charged I was told it was for the exam that would have allowed me to get a prescription, had I asked for one. Apparently the rules changed and although I have a vision policy, that could not be used because I was seeing an ophthalmologist. Since I was there because I have cataracts, you would think I would be asked if I wanted an actual eye exam, since they know up from the insurance will not pay for it. Prior to last year, I never got an actual prescription and never had to pay $50, although I was asked if I wanted a copy of the prescription when I checked out/
