This clinic has the best staff and physicians!! Dr. Nikki has seen my special needs child for many years now. The care and management of the staff goes above and beyond standard protocol. The staff is very patient with my child and her sometimes erratic outbursts. Most offices in this area won't even see my child regardless of reasons why treatment is needed. The Ivancic Clinic is a 5 ☆ facility!!

I have been taking ny kids to Dr Treny Emison for 3 years and she is absolutely wonderful. Best nurses and doctors I have ever met. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Ed Ivancic if you want your child(ren) to receive horrible care! In my opinion, this office of uncaring, incompetent, prejudice group of people who dare call themselves healthcare providers should be shut down! My 5 week old tested positive for COVID-19 and this inhumane grump could have cared less. This man would much rather bash me and my biracial newborn and take up for his inadequate nurses who get frustrated because you ask for options to choose the best healthcare for your child. I believe it’s an opportune time for Dr. Ed to retire!!!

Let me start by saying there is no “time limit” placed on my children’s wellness. If the situation is dire I will wait for a lifetime but in a routine wellness check I don’t understand the lengthy wait time. Therefore, I don’t really get why this place has such good reviews. I chose this clinic mainly because of the rating. The choice was temporary as my family and I will be relocating very soon (military). I’m an easygoing easy to please person and I have just been disappointed with the wait time you get dished, regardless of an appointment set even months out. I understand things get busy and I’m not the only person to be seen, especially as I’ve worked in the same environment for 7 years. However, when I have simple vaccinations set it shouldn’t take 2 hours. Both times I’ve been for my children’s vaccinations I’ve waited a very long time. The first time was understandable (I waited atleast 4 hours- not even exaggerating) as my twins were new patients but I was surprised at how the wait was still ridiculous the second go around. I probably saw a nurse/doctor all of 10 minutes I was there. Easy to say I won’t be back.

Had the same pediatrician for our son since he was born. Now 6 years old we cant seem to get in. Receptitonists are rude.

Dr Ivancic is a great pediatrician but I don't really understand their system why can't you bring your child that's been seeing this Dr since he was born to the clinic when he is sick they take your symptoms over the phone and determine if they think he's sick enough maybe they shouldn't take on so many patients that he can't be loyal to the ones that's been loyal to him my son will be 11 next month so for 11 years I've been with him but every call I have made to get him in it's been I'll have to get the nurse to do a call back which kinda makes me feel like it really depends on who you are or maybe I didn't get the memo with the correct code word to use to get passed the front door it's really bad business I've never heard of anything like it how can you possible determine or diagnose someone without laying eyes or ears on them so for the past year I call them they can't see him cause he's not dying yet so what do I do go to the med serve where they tell me I need to follow up with his pediatrician (smh) its all just a waist of our time ill be finding a new medical provider for the both of my kids
