Millennium Physician Group

Conditions at the Millennium Lab located at 126 Del Prado Cape Coral Florida is a terrible mess. Arriving for a 10am  Fasting appointment I found eleven people waiting to be seen standing outside the Lab Front Door . Entering the Lab Office I was in a room about 14 X14 feet. About twelve chairs were stacked together along three wall. The people sitting there waiting were nearly touching each other. In addition eight to ten other persons were standing in this small room. I told the receptionist of my 10am appointment and was told other people had appointments before me. The waiting time would be nearly one hour. The waiting room there is the fast lane to contracting Covid 19 Virus. This Lab has no concern for the patients and provides a terrible environment for those waiting for Lab work. The Health Department needs to inspect this location and shut it down.

this group is by far the worst medical dr I have ever been too. Extremely difficult to get medications refilled difficult to get a hold of someone at office during normal business hours one of my appointments was cancelled without being notified and their patient portal website was down about 50% of the time. For you own protection I would stay as far away from this practice as possible.

I have a relative who has been going there for years. Shes never really her doctor was a rockstar but he did seem to care. However in the recent year this has been and awful office to come to or get ahold of. When the physician asked why she was here she pulled out a list as most seniors do. The physician turned around and told her he only had 15 minutes so pick and choose. We will never come back to this practice
