Everything about my experience at RMI was great, from the moment I checked in until I left. The staff are very compassionate and friendly and the doctor was kind, efficient and professional.

I am 30 years old, new mom of an 18 month old I found a lump in my breast and I was so scared, I got an apt for the end of November and I kept calling the office to get in sooner, the lady I spoke with was so kind and she got me in 3 weeks earlier than my original apt- that was the first great thing about these ladies, they care. My mammogram tech her name was Jen and she was so kind and gentle and explained everything to me, I was so nervous and upset during my apt because (duh) and she was so sweet. My ultrasound tech Laura was amazing too, she comforted me and reassured me that I wouldnt be leaving the office without answers. These ladies care about their jobs and their patients, I cannot thank them enough for an exceptional experience. I am very thankful that everything was okay with me as well, thank God! Thank you to the Doctor who also gave me my results within 15 minutes and my peace of mind!! You all are angels, God bless!

Dr. Pelletori was very good, as were the two techs that worked with her (I forget their names, but they said they do biopsies with her a lot). It was very quick and simple, and they were sensitive to my worries. I was at ease since they were very experienced.

Dr Pellerito and both RNs that assisted, were magnificent! All of my questions were answered and my comfort level was top priority before, during and after my procedure. The worst part was the initial numbing with lidocaine, similar to the numbing injection you experience at the dentist. After that, the only thing I felt was pressure, zero pain. My pain level after the procedure and lidocaine wore off, on a scale of 1-10, was 0.5, if that and I experienced no bruising.

I was originally sent to RMI in 2015 for my mammogram by physician because of your 3D mammography facility because I have dense breast. I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2017. My doctors recommendation is that I have alternate mammograms and MRI’s every 6 months.

Very friendly staff, explained everything that was going to be done. Dr. Pellerito an absolute angel she made me feel comfortable and amazing bedside manner. Great team all around. You are in good hands with her hands down. 10 Stars!!!!!
