MOUDAR ALSHAZLEY

I was checked in at the Emergency Room at NOMC within 5 to 10 minutes. Dr. Alshazley came in to see me very quickly after the nurse checked my vitals, etc. He takes his work very seriously. Dr. Alshazley is a wonderful and caring physician. He came back in to discuss the results of all my tests and prescribed a medication and said it was important for me to follow up with my Primary Care physician within 2 to 3 days. I highly recommend this physician.

There are so many things I love about Dr. Alshazley one of them is he makes sure that his patients are ok,, comfortable and informed before he spends them home unlike other doctors who would only prescribed pain medications to ease their pain. He takes time to listen to his patients. Once he walked into your room, you would feel that you were his priority. He was very focused. I also like that fact that he fixed my medications before he sent me home.

Dr does not listen or care about you or your problems. Said nothing was shown on an X-ray and when I questioned why our PCP said there was back deterioration, he just said yeah I see that but it’s not that bad. Horrible bedside manner and terrible listening skills.

worst experience ever!!! put wrong diagnosis and gave antibiotics to a kid who was only 3 years old!! and charge for this unprofessional behavior !

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR PLEASE! he said that my kid has ear infection and gave antibiotics.Is good that I didn't gave him because I went to our primary doctor and he said that there is not even a sign of ear infection!!! and than I received the bill with charges..for what this bill>>?? for putting diagnosis just to be and give antibiotics??

I took my husband in with horrible pain, only to have him dosed up on morphine, and discharged by Dr Alshazley. This doctor completely missed a large gallstone. My husband's symptoms clearly indicated gallstone, but this doctor didn't even check his gallbladder. It was blocking a duct, and had become infected. Had I not taken my husband right over to FWB Medical Center, I'm scared of what could've happened. I will never go to NOMC or this doctor again.

Failure to Diagnose large gallstone in the ER, and the infection from the blockage. Stay away from North Okaloosa Medical Center's ER, and this doctor. Check The ER's reviews, and you'll see why driving elsewhere could save you or a loved one! Dr Alshazley dosed my husband up on morphine, then discharged him without properly diagnosing him. I took him to Fort Walton Beach ER, where he was diagnosed and properly treated.

Refused to examine the patient, ordered incorrect test and let my husband walk out of the ER with wood embedded to the bone.
