mPower Physical Therapy

I came to mPower with very limited mobility and sharp pains in my shoulder. Hillary has worked wonders. She identified the underlying issues and gave me targeted and progressive exercises to regain range of motion and start rebuilding strength. I saw noticable improvement after each session. I'm so happy to be on the mend! I highly recommend the personal approach at mPower.

MPower Physical Therapy has been revolutionary for me. I came from having a history of pelvic pt, winged scapula pt, and chronic pain and weakness. Hilary Haller is the most experienced and focused PT that I have worked with in 3 different states. I recommend this PT office to anyone.

mPower Physical Therapy has really made a difference in my life and that of my mother’s! Hillary and the staff are absolutely amazing! I’ve been dealing with a pinched nerve in my elbow and hip issues for a while and since coming to see Hillary it has definitely improved and her tips also help me manage pain better. Hillary takes the time to listen to our concerns and answers our questions patiently. This place is far the best in PT care and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for real help with a nice personal touch.

MPower has been a game changer and has kept me out of back surgery! Hilary works with me on a one on one basis and customizes everything to suit my very complicated body. I strongly recommend this group, especially if you have a tough case. Hilary and the team at mPower have been fantastic. I came in with lower back/knee issues. Within a couple of appointments, Hilary had me feeling exponentially better. Hilary communicated her approach to my issue and worked out a plan with me for how things were going to progress. I went to mPower Physical Therapy after basketball caused me to tear my ACL and meniscus on my left knee, and a failed ACL and meniscus surgery two years ago on the right knee. mPower physical Therapy is by far the best place to come to if you would like to get back to the you pre injury! All of the trainers are knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging.

She was extremely knowledgable and gave me great exercises and ergonomic tips to ease my pain. There was always a goal and direction to the treatment. Pricing is upfront and straightforward. I had knee replacement surgery in January of 2021. Sephani Wylie Crowley and her staff at MPower Physical Therapy have provided an outstanding environment to rehab and recover in. Innovative and creative. Stephani is an active listener and provides constructive feedback. New exercises are added each visit to help the patient achieve their goals. Flexible scheduling and help with insurance helps. The weekly newsletter/blog has been informative and made the whole experience a complete wellness program rather than just a knee rehab. Well done all the way around. Highly recommended.

I could barely walk without extreme pain and discomfort from a degenerative back. I wanted to avoid any surgery or shots, so I was sent to physical therapy. Stefani diagnosed my issue and had me onto exercises and treatments that immediately relieved my pain. She told me why I was experiencing that pain and how to work on my weaknesses to prevent it from coming back. Incredible experience.
