I've been seeing Dr. Chiru for over twenty years and she has always been very concerned, takes her time to thoroughly examine you, and goes the extra mile to diagnose whatever problem you are having. She's an excellent doctor who hasn't forgotten about the importance of one-to-one care.

I have always had a very good experience. She has always been so respectful, and through.

I feel that Dr. Naga is too busy. Its hard to get her on the phone to discuss my test results. She has a habit of ordering tests that I feel are unnecessary and never calls back to discuss the result (good or bad). So makes me wonder "why did I need this test?" And, when I call, she is too busy to come on the phone.

I had tried to make appointments with her when I was feeling ill and she had no time to see me. I went to the local walk-in instead. Recently I had gone in to her feeling ill, she looked in my throat and said it was allergies, turns out it wasn't and I ended up in the hospital. She's very "old school" and does not know what she is talking about.
