Dr Nava Greenfield is the best!

Very upset that I could not get Dr. Greenfield to see me or speak with me. I went to the ER for first degree burn to my face below my eye. I spoke with her office three times attempting to get an appointment so she could see my face and give me treatment advice to prevent scarring. All my efforts were in vain. All I was told is her schedule was full. Even when there is a traumatic event they make no concessions to accommodate a patient. Not even to speak with you on the phone to alleviate your concerns. I was very disappointed and will be seeking out another dermatologist. Thanks for not caring about your patients needs.

i would never recommend dr.nava greenfield to anyone.. she does not give her patients any privacy
