Professional, caring staff!Fast service thru urgent care, and excellent throughal primary care doctors at every location. I have been a urgent care patient since 2016 and love this place. Oakridge, clinton and Jacksboro locations are all above 5 stars *********Each location has convenient hours open early and close late and open on Sundays.I just can't say enough about how great the doctors, nurses and office staff are at each location.They also offer rapid covid testing now results in 20 minutes! I have been to this urgent care a few times. They are always so nice and friendly. Very helpful and caring.This is also where I take my daughter. They are great with her. We have never had to wait very long and the office has always been clean.

We absolutely love the staff and have had very few bad experiences here. As a matter of fact the only people we didn’t care for are no longer here. We have had 5 of our 6 kids here within the last week. If it wasn’t for the quick thinking and action of Jen, our oldest son would have been admitted to children’s. She was a God send when we were at a complete loss as to what was wrong and how to help our sweet son. Anthony is super great with all of us and has absolutely no problems with taking the time we need to make sure we completely understand what is wrong and how to care for the issues at hand.

This clinic is absolutely wonderful! My wife needed a Neurology referral. Micaela Stephens placed the order immediately and Brandy called us with an appointment the next day. Our Primary couldn't even expedite an appointment, they were scheduling us in August! I'm so glad my wife could receive the best possible care. The staff is excellent and always so kind. I have never met such understanding and caring people. Thank you for all of your hard work :)

I brought my mother to this clinic almost 2 months ago, while we were visiting from out of town. I could have not asked for a better experience. The receptionist was friendly and the nurse Miranda was very sweet to my mother. Dr. Anthony made our entire visit, this young man had my mother laughing even when she did not feel well at all. He listened and treated her so well. You could tell he truly cared how he makes his patients feel, which is rare in this day and time. I didn’t think our experience could go any better, and then my mother asked this young man to say a prayer for her, instead of waiting until we left, he prayed for her right then. I highly recommend Neighborhood Urgent Care, and if you get the opportunity to meet Dr. Anthony consider it a true blessing. He’s a special young man and we pray for many blessings in his life and know that he will touch many. My mother said, she didn’t see a ring on his finger ladies.
