Since my doctor has merged with New York Bariatric group last year, I was not that crazy about it. When I went for my first visit after him merging, my chart and everything was all messed up, I didn’t even get to see my doctor. I really didn’t have that much faith. Until recently, I, dealt with Bryanna P. (Bree) who is a Patient Care Representative. She was outstanding!!! Bree answered all my questions, and made sure that my most recent bloodwork was updated in the system. She also updated things for me in the system that were missing. Great customer service by Bree!! She definitely deserves some recognition, she was great.
