Excellent service. I was turned away from Baptist imaging because they don’t do X-ray on the weekend. I came to the STRIC medical center location and was promptly attended to. The X-ray tech was very sweet and welcoming to my child. I will be coming here from now on.

I've always had excellent service and short wait times at the Start Center location. I've been there 5 times over the last year and a half.

We had a wonderful experience. Hubby has issues with being in closed spaces and Jimmy (the technician) was wonderful.

The people there are amazing. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The facility is well maintained.

The office is very clean and welcoming, as well as the staff. I have no complaints, I just went for my ultrasound of my liver and was there on time, my appointment was at 830 and I was seen about 10 minutes later. It was all relatively quick.

Kelly is awesome doing my MRI. He was very pleasant and nice and informative before the procedure. This is always stressful for me to get an MRI but he was great!

I am the primary caregiver for my mom, who is eighty two, retired from federal civil service and spent decades keeping our Air Force Planes flying. She would fly from the depot where her office was and then go to the pentagon, other depots or TDY to our allies. She is one tough lady to please and STRIC on Sonterra was up to her standards.

Poor signage in entrance lobby, looking for Suite 150. Tiny sign next to door, ok if in a hallway but, imposable to read across the lobby at the building directory. Suite number etched on glass doors elegant idea but when viewed from the bright and airy lobby illegible because of size, dark background and doors were propped open making door impossible to read from any distance. Maybe a big 150 over the doors would help. Still a beautiful building with just one tiny flaw.

Excellent, friendly service. My to-go place if I ever need an x-ray, etc.
