RESULTS, TRUST, and REAL CARE - Nuderma is the BEST in San Diego! Let me start by saying--this is hands down the BEST MedSpa in San Diego. I've visited many over the years for treatments like Botox, fillers, cryotherapy, and Ultherapy, but NONE have come close to the level of care and results I've experienced at Nuderma. The staff here is friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in getting real results. I'm currently on my third package with them because I trust their expertise and love the outcome! Their pricing is also very fair. What truly sets Nuderma apart is how much they care about their patients. Before I found them, I went to a place called "GlowSpa" in Encinitas that offered HiFu, (ultrasound to lift and tighten my jawline), as part of a special promotion. It was expensive, but I went for it. Big mistake! The aesthetician didn't apply numbing cream and seemed inexperienced--then she lowered the laser intensity so much that the session felt like nothing more than a basic facial. When I tried to schedule my second appointment, I discovered they had gone out of business--just like that. No warning. I had three sessions left, and their website stated no refunds would be given due to bankruptcy. Furious doesn't begin to describe how I felt. After digging around, I realized they'd only been open for nine months. A total fly-by-night operation. Lesson learned: always research the business, its staff, and track record before booking anything. That experience led me to find Nuderma --and what a blessing. Not only do they also o​ffer HiFu and many other treatments, but what impressed me most was that they're located in a professional medical building right next to Pomerado Hospital--not some random shopping plaza. From day one, the staff has been warm and welcoming. ​They also have experienced nurses on staff, which gives me an extra level of confidence. They learn from each other and share knowledge, and I know I benefit from that collaboration. My first impression of Nuderma started with ISAAC, the marvelous Manager. He was kind, professional, and refreshingly genuine --not trying to sell me a package, just sincerely warm and caring. He took the time to answer ALL my questions, which helped ease my hesitation about trusting another MedSpa. Then there's MICHELLE, the extraordinary ​Nurse who treats me--she's an absolute gem! Her skill and extensive medical knowledge make me feel completely at ease with every treatment. She's not only incredibly competent but also personable and very sweet. When Michelle isn't available, I see TATIANA, one of their amazing Aestheticians. She's just as wonderful--professional, talented, and friendly. The entire team is fantastic! KIM, their Beauty Consultant, is lovely, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about people and their well-being. BELLA, their Receptionist, is always on top of my schedule, handling any last minute changes I have and consistently keeping me updated on my appointments via text or phone call. I've seen REAL RESULTS from treatments like Lipo Cavitation and HiFu, which is why I've purchased multiple packages--and I'll keep coming back for more until I hit my goals.​ Best of all...there's no pressure, no pushy sales tactics or up-selling, just honest, skilled professionals who truly care about your goals and results. Michelle took the time to educate me on all the treatments and put together a customized package that addressed everything I was looking for. The package had so much value, and I left feeling so excited about my skin. I can't wait for my next appointment to get my Jeuveau done!

I went to Nuderma for a promo facial and was so impressed to discover that they also offer collagen-stimulating treatments like microneedling, HIFU, soft chemical peels, and even Botox! Michelle was amazing-she walked me through everything and created a treatment plan package that was perfect for me. The value was incredible, and I was even able to finance it easily with CareCredit.
