I’m picky about my endocrinologist (and their office staff)—this office is well-organized, pleasant, and the doctors and staff I’ve worked with are great.

I had a televideo appointment last week. And it was terrific. NP Stephanie Andrade spent the time that was needed, answered all my questions and helped me create a new plan going forward. Great visit under the limitations caused by Covid.

The Endocrinology Office @ 207 E84th St does NOT pick up their phone or respond to patient portal messages in a timely manner. I wish I could give a ZERO rating.

Waited a month for appointment and night before they call me at 5 pm and canceled
