I'd heard great things about this doctor. But great is an understatement. When I first arrived the lady at the window was some what pleasant. She called me by my last name and said good morning and some what will be with me so. Shortly after a lady open the door and called me by my first name. Which I felt was disrespectful especially when she looked to be have my age. She then took me to the room and the doctor came in shortly. He was pleasant, friendly and was very knowledgeable. After the doctor wad finished he said that someone would be with me shortly for blood. The lady took a little bit of time but eventually came to get me. When i sat in the chair for blood she did an okay job of telling me how they work there as far as call back on blood work which most place no longer do. However I couldn't help but constantly hear the older woman at the window given a person on the phone advice very loud. Which was a different experience for me. I asked for a copy of my visit and was given it. I noticed that my name was written with my first name then last . I thought it was a mistake so I pointed it out to the lady. She said it was how they did things there. I have never been to a doctors office so backwards but it some how works for them. Im not sure I will be back. It was a very different experience then I have experienced in the past.
