My appointment was scheduled at 10:20am but I was asked to come 15 minutes earlier. But I actually got there like 30-40 minutes earlier because I hate to be late for appointments for I don't like to inconvenience the good doctor. Once I arrived, someone at the front desk told me there's two patients ahead of me and that it shouldn't take long. After some waiting, a nurse saw me and took my vitals and told me the doctor will be right with me soon and that she seeing another patient (the one who was ahead of me in the waiting room, it was just me and her). Well, I'm sitting in the a little room waiting lose to an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment at 10:20am. My friend who picked me up and drove me to the clinic had to wait outside for the whole time (because they won't let him in). I became so upset I just left without seeing the doctor. What's the point of making scheduled appointments if you're not going to stick to them? I found Dr. Annette Anderson to be unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients' (my) time. I do not recommend anyone who values their time seeing her. She might as well do away with appointments and just do walk-ins instead since she obviously doesn't care about other people's time.
