I have been seeing Dr. Banu for my upper back pain and she has been incredible! From the very first session, she took the time to understand my concerns and developed a treatment plan that has already made a noticeable difference which also helped me learn about physical therapy as I am working towards becoming one. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, always ensuring that I’m comfortable, not feeling a whole lot of pain and making progress. I’ve also had the opportunity to work as her physical therapy aide for the past two weeks. While she is an amazing PT, she is also the best teacher and I thank her for continuing to help me reach my goal of becoming a PT one day.

Saleha is so great! Deeply knowledgeable and clear in talking me through my injury while also being a kind listener and supportive physical therapist. She's done a great job of adapting my PT routines to how I'm feeling, making sure I'm striking the balance of building strength without pushing too hard. My shoulder mobility has made strides after a few weeks of care.

Amazing and great atmosphere

I was prescribed PT for elbow joint pain that I’d had for years that became debilitating. I was unable to pick up my dinner plate without sharp pain. I had incredible results that I could not have imagined possible working with Dr Saleha Banu. After only a few sessions I started to get relief and by the end of the 8th session I had absolutely no pain or discomfort and have been able to resume all the activities I’d become unable to do. I also have a great plan to stay pain free and keep the muscles strong and functional. Highly recommend Dr Banu, the practice and Dr Walli. Thank you!

The physical therapist Ms.Banu was excellent, very attentive, and push you to get back to 100%..I recommend anyone that needs rehab to sign up with downtown physicians (park slope) and request for ms Banu

I came here for a herniated disc and Saleha Banu, PT has been incredibly instrumental to my recovery. I’ve been to other physical therapists who are either overburdened with too many patients or lack the skills to truly aid me in recovery. This was so far from my experience with Ms. Banu. She is incredible with her patients: attentive, extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and very hands on with exercise adjustments. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to any and everyone serious about their rehabilitation.
