PIH has a knack for finding the best people to employ. I came in today with an ankle injury and was quickly seen by Shaun Kramer MD.Outstanding service was provided by nurse Norma (who wasn't even one of the nurse(s) assigned to me.) After being provided with crutches, Norma quickly distinguished that something was off with how I was using them. She took initiative and directed me back into a patient room before I left. Norma acted by providing me with a larger pair of crutches. She wanted to make sure I was using a comfortable size for my height and using them correctly, then she kindly walked me out to my vehicle. Thanks again Norma!

I destroyed my toe and decided it was time to go in. Jennifer the MA was awesome! She was professional and personable when I was in pretty bad pain. She did a great job in making sure I was okay and distracted me when things got painful. Thank you!!!

The staff is always very friendly and my son usually gets in and out in less than an hour. It's very convenient when my kids regular pediatrician is unavailable.
