PRIMED CENTERVILLE PEDIATRICS

I love the care my children have received over the past 16yrs. Highly recommend. We have Dr. Taylor shes amazing. We've also seen Dr. Morrison whom is just as wonderful. They changed locations Aug 2020. I just learned today by going to old location. I hope by updating address others don't experience what I did today!

Love doctor Morrison!! She does great with my boys! She listens very understanding. Never had a bad experience. The office is clean an Enjoyable!! I would recommend anyone to her.

This is the only office I've ever taken my children to. Dr. Taylor is amazing with them. She shows compassion and she genuinely cares about our family and my children's health. Well child visits always go smoothly. Any questions I have are always answered. Any time we have had an emergency they have gotten us right in and have gone above and beyond to get my kids exactly what they need. I would definitely recommend this office and their staff to anyone looking for a great place to take their child.

The staff have all been very helpful and timely with the care of my daughter. Very clean and welcoming office and exam rooms. I had been to other pediatricians before and had problems but have not once had any issues with this office or the staff.

I remember searching these reviews when I was attempting to decide on a pediatrician when I was pregnant. I found PriMED Kettering and absolutely loved it. I never second guessed my decision. The staff was wonderful and the turnover was low. I add that because the same person checked us in and out for years. Maybe it would be different, but someone I recognized. I knew the nurses and the other doctors. Now that they've moved to Centerville EVERYTHING has changed. The new office is spacious and modern, but I don't think we've had the same nurse even once. I don't recognize any of the receptionists and don't think I've seen the same person twice there either. I think my record for hold time to speak to a nurse is 45 minutes. Even routine appointments that should not take long are at least over and hour. Add travel time and the whole thing takes us 2 hours. We wait in the parking lot, we wait in the waiting room, we wait in the exam room. Lots of waiting. Now they've lost records that I sent to them. No apologies, nothing. I have to drive out of my way and make two more trips and the best? Wait even more. Dr Bockhorn is a wonderful doctor, Dr Morrison is very thorough. But it's like this isn't even the same practice. COVID changed many things and I know it hit the healthcare industry hard. I try to be sympathetic, at least empathetic, but I am very disappointed. If this was years ago when I was trying to decide on a pediatrician there's no way I'd recommend this practice. I hate to say it because the doctors are fine, but the practice is horribly mismanaged.

The staff is friendly and my Doctor is great, but it takes 6+ months to get scheduled for an appointment. Additionally, you should ensure you have at least 2 hours to spend here when you come because you’ll be waiting in the waiting room for a minimum of 30-45 minutes and then wait another 30-45 minutes to see the Doctor once in the exam room.
