Promotion PT turned one of the worse injuries that I could imagine happening to me into an enjoyable experience. I had to go here for almost 10 full months, and I can honestly say that I was excited to go every single time. Every single staff member that I met was encouraging, kind, and helpful. I love the fact that the owner is so involved and cares so deeply about the people who come through the doors each day, he truly wants them to become stronger and achieve their greatest potential every single day. The environment here makes me feel encouraged and motivated to get stronger and heal, even when the process is a long one. I would recommend Promotion PT to any friends or family members.

I had a total left hip replacement in January. I rehabbed for 8 weeks with great results. I had a total right hip replacement in April and rehabbed for 6 weeks with great results. The professionalism of this facility is amazing. From the minute you walk in the door, where Crystal is the medical assistant, you know you’ve been sent to the best facility in San Antonio. Dr. Martindale, B and Uriel are experts at their jobs. They are knowledgeable and professional. During each set of exercises they critiqued your form to ensure you were doing them correctly. They were nearby to ask if you were okay. There was always a staff member nearby to challenge you while keeping you from overexerting so you did not aggravate the injury.I recommend this physical therapy office with 100 percent confidence that your healing process will be maintained to put you back into the best shape.

Cheers!  The employees at Promotion Physical Therapy deserve a huge "Hip, hip, hooray!  They have been caring for me after my hip replacement with the utmost kindness, respect, and professionalism.  I had given up hope that the care in healthcare even existed anymore.  The pandemic is showing us what we are made of and Promotion is made with all the right stuff (Sugar & Spice).  And the therapists are an inspiration even when I'm at home.I love going to Promotion PT because, "Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name and they're ALWAYS GLAD you came."Promotional Physical Therapy ~ A place you go for your HEALTH because they CARE!

I have been to several different Physical Therapy locations around San Antonio the last 3 years. This is by far one of the top locations there is. Doctors Justin and Anna. Their assistants Gabriella, Andres, David and everyone who helped me were beyond amazing. They each have their different ways of exercises but all have the goal of getting you well. They work amazingly with your schedule and will even call you if they have a better opening. Nikki (coco) and Meli the receptionists/office staff are amazing. Always keeping me up to date with co pays and insurance. The location is clean and well kept. I’m super picky and I notice everything in regards to cleanliness and how well kept the equipment is. The location was perfect since I live in Alamo ranch and I know if I have any issues I will choose this location over any other. I’m someone who likes to keep it real and they are the real deal.

Promotion Physical Therapy was great! Dr. Nuanes was never bothered that I had so many questions for her and was always happy to answer my questions. The office ladies were really great at keeping in touch with my insurance to make sure all my sessions were covered. Thank you Promotion Physical Therapy, because of you I am getting back to the things I love ~ FASTER!

My Doctor had given me a referral to go to a place in the Leon Valley area. The staff was nice, but I wasn’t getting any help or 1 on 1 time with anyone. Then I found out about Promotion PT from a friend, and the difference was incredible. Dr. Giovanna took the time to really understand my condition and was amazing all the way through. It seemed as if she could tell what I needed by my posture when I walked in. Each appointment started with an adjustment, and it helped ease my pain tremendously. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely positive, polite, and had a great attitude. I told my Doctor that he should send all his patients here. Highly recommend, even if you live on the other side of town!
