Excellent specialty medical care

I received an eye exam to renew my Professional Boxing License. I was ready to be seen immediately. My exam was very thorough and all the staff were professional with smiles. My children sat comfortably in the spacious waiting area with books and television. Without request, I received a copy of all the exam papers and they even offered to fax copies to the boxing commission for me right away.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Hofmann and his nurse Janet! I went in for a cyst on my eyelid, expecting to have to make another appointment to have it removed, but Janet called for the approval for my insurance right then and Dr. Hofmann took me to the surgical room and took it out in minutes with no pain, and no second trip back! Literally in and out in an hour.

Great Doctor for Botox. I'll fill you in on my eyelid surgery, hopefully in May 2016. I completely trust him and cannot wait for the surgery!

Doctor Hofmann really "sees" me, and thanks to him, now I can really see him too (pun intended). He is the nicest, funniest man who diagnosed me quickly and I healed right away. When other doctors couldn't help me, Dr. Hofmann could! THANK YOU DR. HOFMANN.

Very poor experience. Was told to make the trip to their office to sign a consent for surgery and a establish a surgical date. I left w none of that. Janet DR. HOFMANNs side kick was too busy to fill it out for me to sign and the Surgical Coodinator was out. Then they tried to bill me when nothing was done for me. Feb 17 I went for restalyn to my lips. Did i leave w it done?? NO. They forgot they were doing my lips and used up all the restalyn. I said, What about my lips??? too much $$

Had bilateral lower lid blepharoplasties and results was terrible! He removed too much of the fat pad from one eye and left too much fat pad under the other eye, resulting in hideous asymetry of my eyes. Went to 3 other plastic surgeons and all agreed that I would benefit from repeat surgery to correct the mess!

Every time I had an appointment with this doctor, the wait time was longer and longer.Last time it was over 2 hours with no apology or explanation. Proceded to rush through my appointment. Didn't seem to listen to my concerns as to why I was there. I am definately finding another doctor.
