1 star provider. Pretended to be nice but in reality, as soon as she left the room, I overheard her saying nasty things about me and my health conditions to the nurses. After the visit, I looked at the chart she wrote about our 30–45-minute visit and she only wrote two sentences. I am not joking. Will no longer see again.
